The availability of any product or service is subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, product provider rules, eligibility criteria, documentation, KYC verification, risk assessment, and approval by the concerned product provider or platform.
4. Mutual Fund Distribution
Capital Fort Financial Services is registered as a Mutual Fund Distributor with ARN-350415.
Mutual fund investment access may be provided through the FundzBazar platform in association with Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd., which operates under ARN-9992.
When you invest in mutual funds through FundzBazar or any other authorised platform, you may also be bound by the terms and conditions, privacy policy, declarations, transaction rules, cut-off timings, payment rules, KYC requirements, and operational policies of the relevant platform, asset management company, registrar and transfer agent, payment gateway, bank, and other service providers involved in the transaction.
Capital Fort does not issue mutual fund units, does not manage mutual fund schemes, does not control NAVs, does not decide fund performance, and does not guarantee returns.
All mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
5. No Investment Advisory Service
Capital Fort Financial Services acts as a Mutual Fund Distributor and financial product distributor/facilitator.
We do not claim to be a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser unless specifically and separately registered under applicable regulations. Any information, discussion, awareness session, educational material, website content, communication, comparison, illustration, or product explanation provided by Capital Fort is for general awareness and distribution support purposes only.
Nothing on this website should be treated as personalised investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, portfolio management service, research recommendation, or a guaranteed financial plan.

These products may carry different types of risks, including credit risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, reinvestment risk, issuer default risk, premature withdrawal restrictions, taxation impact, and market price fluctuation.
Capital Fort does not guarantee repayment, interest payment, liquidity, credit quality, or returns on any bond, debenture, fixed deposit, or fixed-income product. The terms of each product are governed by the relevant issuer, platform, offer document, information memorandum, application form, and applicable regulations.

8. Loan Against Securities
Capital Fort may facilitate or assist clients in accessing Loan Against Securities through eligible lenders, platforms, or financial institutions.
Loan approval, loan amount, margin, interest rate, pledge requirements, repayment terms, top-up requirements, margin calls, charges, and other conditions are decided by the respective lender or platform.
Capital Fort does not guarantee loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, processing time, or continuation of credit facility.
If the value of pledged securities falls, the lender may require additional margin, partial repayment, or sale of securities as per the lender’s terms and applicable laws. Users must understand all risks and obligations before availing Loan Against Securities.
9. SIF, PMS, and AIF Related Assistance
Some eligible investors may be interested in advanced investment avenues such as SIF, PMS, and AIF.
Capital Fort does not directly offer or manage SIF, PMS, or AIF products. If an eligible investor wishes to explore these products, Capital Fort may assist in connecting the investor through Prudent’s platform, network, or authorised channel, subject to eligibility, documentation, minimum investment requirements, risk understanding, and applicable regulations.
These products may carry higher risk, higher minimum investment, lower liquidity, different tax treatment, and complex terms. Investors should read all offer documents, disclosure documents, agreements, risk documents, and regulatory disclosures before investing.
Capital Fort does not guarantee returns, suitability, liquidity, or performance of any SIF, PMS, or AIF product.

11. User Eligibility

13. Transactions and Payments
All investments, premiums, deposits, loan repayments, or other payments must be made only through authorised payment methods and in the name of the relevant AMC, insurer, issuer, lender, platform, payment gateway, or authorised entity.
Capital Fort does not ask investors to transfer investment money to any personal bank account or unauthorised account.
You should verify the payment details carefully before making any payment. Capital Fort will not be responsible for losses caused due to payment to wrong accounts, unauthorised persons, fraudsters, phishing links, fake websites, or incorrect payment details entered by the user.
Transaction processing is subject to cut-off timings, banking hours, payment confirmation, platform availability, AMC rules, RTA rules, market holidays, regulatory requirements, and system processing timelines.
14. No Guarantee of Returns
Capital Fort does not guarantee:
Fixed returns from market-linked products
Mutual fund performance
Capital protection unless specifically provided by the product issuer
Insurance claim approval
Loan approval
Interest rate stability
Liquidity
Tax benefits
Future NAVs
